What People Say About Us

I recently bought some dried chili peppers from them, and they were the best I’ve been able to find in Denmark so far. All in all, high-quality products and great customer service at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely order from this site again.

I placed my order, and after just 2 hours, my items arrived at my home. I guess you could only call that top-notch service! This definitely won’t be the last time we shop with them—we love their salsa and Mexican pancakes, which taste heavenly!

I bought my items at 11 p.m. and had them delivered the next day at noon. Unique items at a reasonable price that you can’t find many places, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended. Best regards, Frederik

The best salsa I’ve found in Copenhagen, hands down. And the Cielito Lindo spread is FANTASTIC. Every few months, we order a bunch of both and stock up our pantry. :) They delivered my order right to my door the very next day—incredible service. I highly recommend this excellent little business.

I ordered a delivery a little too late for when I needed to give it as a gift. When I wrote to ask if the delivery would arrive in time, Jakob called me five minutes later and offered to drop off the package in person. A surprisingly great customer service experience!

I was in desperate need of having an item delivered before leaving for vacation the next day. The owner offered to deliver it to my address in person that same day—perfect service!

Today I spoke with the most customer-friendly and kind person ever when I called to say that the flour had arrived in different bags than I’d ordered. He was super friendly and did a great job explaining why it came in different bags. This won’t be the last time I shop there.

This isn't the first time I've shopped at Mexican Heart, and it certainly won't be the last. They have really great products, and I've also recently experienced excellent service. I had entered the wrong email address, but with their quick help, we tracked my shipment, they sent me a tracking number, and I was able to pick up my order on time.
