About our beers

Cerverceria Insurgente was founded in 2010 in the Mexican city of Tijuana by brothers Damian and Ivan Morales. Cerverceria Insurgente’s mission is to enrich the taste buds of beer lovers in the fight against beers that lack nuance and character. Hence their slogan “Se un insurgente toma artesanal” (Be an insurgent drink microbrew). For the 3rd year in a row, Cerverceria Insurgente has been named Mexico’s best brewery by ratebeer.com.
