Tomatillos

Tomatillos are green tomatoes from Mexico that belong in every taco enthusiast’s salsa verde.

Ideally, you should use fresh tomatillos for your salsa verde. They can be hard to come by in Denmark, but luckily you can get canned tomatillos. With canned tomatillos, you can make a salsa verde and use it in dishes such as pork. Mexican Heart is the importer of Carey tomatillos.
