Produced in the Sonoran desert on Angustifolia Haw agave, which is baked slowly in a volcanic stone and clay oven to bring out as much flavor in the agave as possible. The aroma is roasted agave and wildflowers followed by a refined mineral flavor of agave, caramel with final earthy notes.
