Description
Mole (chocolate sauce), is one of The most famous dish in Mexican gastronomy, it has its origins in pre-Hispanic culture, where the indigenous people mixed different types of chili, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, peanuts and other ingredients to create a sauce for what they called mulli (mole). It was usually eaten with turkey, although in religious ceremonies it was sacrificed to the gods with duck or armadillo meat.
MOLE ESPECIAL gets its delicious taste from the gastronomic fusion of pre-Hispanic and European cultures, with flavors ranging from lightly spicy to sweet notes derived from the roasted chili pepper and spices, using only the best quality ingredients.
To prepare 10 – 12 servings of mole, you only need to dilute 400 grams of SPECIAL MOL in 1 liter of chicken or vegetable stock. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until you have the desired consistency, eat it with chicken, in enchiladas, with shrimp, with pork or over Mexican rice for a vegan version,
