Puya chili 100 grams

The Puya chili originates from central Mexico. It is somewhat similar to the guajillo chili, but it is smaller and warmer in flavor. It is used in the preparation of salsas, where its fruity flavors go well with beef, pork, or chicken dishes, or with potatoes, cactus and carrots for vegetarian dishes.

Store in lidded jars in a dry and cool place.
