Delivery

Delivery is made with GLS to the nearest parcel shop, or by car. All items can generally be delivered within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. When purchasing certain items in larger quantities, we make reservations for increased delivery time or sold out items.

Delivery with GLS costs SEK 49.95 regardless of order size.

Payment options

At mexicanHeart.dk all payments are free of charge. When paying by card, information is sent securely and encrypted

All payments will be in Danish Kroner (DKK).

Payment with Klarna

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Pricing

All prices include 25% VAT, applicable taxes and any deposit. Reservations are made for printing and typing errors, outgoing goods and force majeure etc.

Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal on all goods. However, foodstuffs are not covered by the right of return. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay for the shipping yourself. Items sent cash on delivery will not be accepted. Items must be returned in unused and intact condition. You must also include a copy of the invoice.

Complaints

At Mexican Heart, you have a 2-year warranty in accordance with current Danish legislation. If a problem has arisen, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Information registered through this shop will not be transferred, sold or disclosed at any time.
